Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is located about 1.5 to 5 miles from the Strip, making it easily accessible. You can use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, taxis, shuttles, or hotel limousines to reach your destination. Taxis are metered, so it's advisable to request a direct route to avoid unnecessary detours.
For navigating the Strip, the Las Vegas Monorail runs along the east side, connecting several resorts but does not reach the airport. The Deuce bus service is a budget-friendly option that runs the length of the Strip and to Downtown, although it can be slow due to traffic. The SDX (Strip & Downtown Express) offers fewer stops for quicker travel.
Walking is also a popular way to explore the Strip, but be prepared for long distances and the heat. Pedestrian bridges are available to cross major intersections safely. If you're considering a rental car, it's generally not necessary for Strip visitors, as parking fees apply at most resorts.

When using public transportation, wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated, especially in the summer heat. If you're planning to visit attractions off the Strip, consider day trips to places like the Grand Canyon or Hoover Dam, which are accessible by car or organized tours.
