2. PII Handling
Automatic Redaction: Sensitive information (SSNs, account numbers, identification numbers) is automatically stripped from uploaded documents before storage. Original files are not retained after processing.
3. Data Encryption
Sensitive document content is encrypted at rest using AES-128-CBC (Fernet) encryption. Encryption keys are managed server-side and never exposed to clients.
4. Third-Party Services
- AI Processing: Document text is sent to AI services (Anthropic Claude) for analysis. These services do not use your data for model training.
- Authentication: We use Supabase for secure authentication.
- Payments: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may delete your data at any time using the "Delete My Data" feature. This permanently removes all your cases, documents, analysis results, shared links, and chat history.
6. No Third-Party Sales
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours via the email address on file.

This application uses Claude AI models by Anthropic. Per Anthropic's policies, data sent via the API is not used to train their models.
