Do you need to press a button for the monorail to stop?
The Las Vegas Monorail has designated stops that automatically serve each station, so you do not need to press anything to make it stop. Just wait for the train to reach your desired station to disembark.
Monorail Stops
The Las Vegas Monorail operates along the east side of the Strip and has specific stations where it stops, including MGM Grand, Harrah's, and Sahara. Passengers can simply board and disembark at these designated stops without needing to press a button.
Travel Tips
While the monorail is a convenient way to travel along the Strip, keep in mind that the stations are located behind the resorts, which may require some walking to reach the main entrances. Also, the monorail does not connect to the airport, so consider other transportation options if you're arriving by air.
