Why Vegas works for offsites — and when it doesn’t

Las Vegas has more than 150,000 hotel rooms (150,152 as of June 2026, per LVCVA’s Executive Summary of Southern Nevada Tourism Indicators), which is why it can absorb a 40-person offsite without anyone noticing. Midweek is the sweet spot: hotels ran 75.1% occupancy midweek versus 87.1% on weekends in June 2026, so Tuesday–Thursday programs get better rates, better restaurant availability and easier group logistics. The one trap: citywide conventions. During the biggest ones — CES week in January is the classic example — room rates multiply and private-dining space vanishes, so check what’s in town before you commit dates.

Budgeting a group program per head

The configurator above prices corporate groups the same way it prices any group. The Essentials package ($199/person) covers the coordination layer — curated itinerary, group communication and one reserved dinner — which for most offsites is the actual hard part. Shared items get cheap at corporate headcounts: the $400 dedicated host is $20 a head across 20 people, and the $695 photo booth about $35. A 20-person program on Essentials with a host and photo booth runs roughly $255 a head before rooms, flights and the bar tab. Team experiences like the $180/person spa day or a group show night stack on top, and the bottom bar re-totals live as you build.

Logistics your attendees will actually notice

Three things decide whether an offsite feels organized. One reservation, not ten: private dining rooms carry food-and-beverage minimums and set menus — fine at corporate scale, but they book out weeks ahead midweek and further on weekends. Group transport: a $900 party bus moves 20 people between venues as one unit; for larger headcounts, tell us the number and we’ll confirm what fits in the quote. Getting everyone in from Harry Reid International is its own step — see airport-to-Strip options. A named run-of-show owner: the dedicated host add-on exists so the organizer gets to attend their own event. For attendees with downtime, point them at what to do besides gambling.

FAQ — frequently asked questions

Can finance get an itemized quote?

Yes — the estimate is itemized line by line (package and each add-on, per-person or per-group), and the confirmed quote we email is the same breakdown with exact pricing.

Do we pay anything on this page?

No. This form produces a free estimate; our team confirms pricing and availability by email before anything is committed or invoiced.

What headcount can you handle?

The form quotes 2–60 people instantly. Larger programs are quoted manually — submit with your best estimate and note the real number when we reach out.

How much lead time does a corporate program need?

For midweek dates, 4–6 weeks covers most programs. Add margin if your dates touch a major convention or a fight weekend, when venues and rooms tighten citywide.
